Takahide Matsuda

After graduating from a culinary school in Osaka at the age of 19, I traveled to Cologne, Germany, for a two-year apprenticeship.

Subsequently, I moved to Paris,
working as a cook for three years at 'Epicure' in Le Bristol Paris while exploring various French restaurants.

Since its establishment in 1925, it has continued to captivate VIPs from around the world, including Grace Kelly, Marilyn Monroe, Chaplin, Picasso, and more.

In recent years, it has gained further recognition as the setting for Woody Allen's film 'Midnight in Paris.'
