From Oita Expressway Kuju IC, it takes approximately 30 minutes by car.
From Aso Station, take the 'Yamanami Highway,' which is about a 60-minute drive.

From Fukuoka City:	Public Transportation: From Hakata Station, take the Kyudai Main Line to Bungo Nakamura, then take the Hita Bus to Kuju Tozanguchi. It's approximately a 15-minute walk from there. By Car: Take the Tanosho Line 621, then Iida Kogen Nakamura Line 40, and finally the Oita Expressway Kuju IC. Alternatively, take the Iida Kogen Nakamura Line 40 from Kuju IC.
From Oita City:	Public Transportation: From Oita Station, take the Kyudai Main Line to Bungonakamura, then take the Hita Bus to Kuju Tozanguchi. It's approximately a 15-minute walk from there. By Car: Take the Yamanami Highway (Beppu Ichinomiya Line 11) from Oita Expressway Yufuin IC to Yamanami Highway (Beppu Ichinomiya Line 11).

Access from the nearest bus stop:

1. Get off at the bus stop 'Kuju Tozanguchi
turn right at 'Kuju Tozanguchi Chojahara Health Center,' and proceed straight.

2. Soon, you'll find 'Chojahara Visitor Center' on the right side.
Continue straight along the road.

3. On the right side, you'll see a sign for 'Aso Kuju National Park Chojahara (Kuju-cho, Oita).
Continue straight along the road.

4. There's also a sign for 'Trial Onsenkyo.'
Take the road to the right.

5. At a fork in the road
Proceed straight (on the right).

6. On the right side, you'll find 'Kohaku Shokudo.
Continue straight.

7. At another fork in the road,
Take the road on the right, and you'll reach Kuoritei.
